ICON oversees the pastoral care of our international students. We are their extended families.

For the past 13 years, ICON Education has provided monitoring services and learning support to more than 700 students.

I came to UK having spent a year studying in Canada. Although I had studied abroad before, I still find it very useful to have a guardian to help me. My guardian has a teenage son too.
May be because of that, she seems to be able to know how to deal with kids our age, I guess. Anyway， like her because sometimes she can be relax and other times she can be like my mum, telling me to do things the right way. Without her, it’s easy to be just too relax in my study. I’m grateful to her.

My guardian is Ms. Wang and I want to say that she’s like my big sister. She came to see me on my very first day in the UK and she’s always there for me until I finish my secondary school.
Without her, I would find it difficult to adjust to food here and other things. My other friends have guardians too, but l know from talking to them, my guardian is the best. I told my parents that and they are happy that I’m well-looked after.

I’m glad I chose ICON to be the guardian for my child. Ms. Wang, my child’s guardian took promptly, actions communicating with school, making sure my son was picked up and had a safe host family to stay with.

ICON has been my child’s guardian for 3years. I previously used a different guardianship company, but they didn’t care. ICON’s guardians really are different.
I find Parent Portal useful to keep myself up-to-date with my child’s activities. The guardian is easy to contact and so far, whatever problem we have had, they’ve solved them.
